Education

We provide training to fund members, beneficiaries and organisations and lawyers who are supporting them, or who are interested in developing their capacity to work in this field. The education and training is developed to cater for the needs and issues we are asked to address. Our goal is to build a strong cohort of lawyers, organisers and paralegals who will be able to practice in this field. Please contact us if you would like to organise training for your organisation.

Information

We recognise that pension law is a specialised area of law that few people understand. Many practitioners, activists and organisations need accurate and quality information to further their own education and work, and we are engaged in developing original material. We welcome people downloading and using or distributing the material that we develop. We would appreciate it if you credit us when our work is used. Litigation

We are all practising lawyers who litigate at all levels of the courts, and have all at some (or many) stages, litigated in the interests of workers. While we are still a small and new organisation, our ability to take on cases is limited, but where we are able to, we will do so pro bono. We have experience representing social movements, NGOs. Individuals, and in a range of public interest and human rights cases, including pension cases.
