Lerato Molete
Lerato is an advocate in private practice at the Johannesburg Bar. Her practice includes litigation in the pension law space. She currently holds a position as alternate independent trustee of the Legal Provident Fund. Prior to joining the Bar, Lerato was an associate at Bibi Rikhotso Attorneys (2007) where she was introduced to pension law practice. This was followed by position as an Assistant Pension Funds Adjudicator at the Office of Pension Funds Adjudicator, followed by a role as a Legal Advisor at the Government Pensions Administration Agency (the administrator of the Government Employees Pensions Fund).

Bhavna Ramji
Bhavna is an attorney with higher appearance rights. Most of her work has been in labour, property and administrative law. She is published in peer-reviewed publications and holds an LLM in Constitutional and Human Rights Litigation. She started working in 2010, and has represented trade unions, social movements, community organisations, workers and residents in both urban and rural areas, at all levels of the judicial system. She has worked in several public interest organisations and has developed training manuals, conducted workshops, training and has done popular education.

Hannine Drake
Hannine often acts as counsel for retirement funds and other stakeholders in the pension industry. Before joining the Bar in 2016, Hannine practiced pension law at Bowman Gilfillan (2011 – 2015) and corporate transactional law in New York (2008 – 2010). She holds an accounting degree and two LLM degrees with a focus on corporate governance and business and human rights, respectively. She maintains an active pro bono and public interest practice in a variety of fields, including most recently insurance law (acting for policy holders) and for the Institute for Retirement Funds Africa as amicus in the Constitutional Court. Hannine is an independent trustee of the Legal Provident Fund.
